  • Strong background in data analysis, segmentation, and campaign optimisation.
  • Basic HTML skills and understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
  • Experience with loyalty programmes or ecommerce platforms is desirable.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for relationships.

About the role
  • Take ownership of CRM performance, developing and executing strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term customer value.
  • Plan and deliver targeted omnichannel campaigns aligned with wider marketing goals.
  • Optimise customer journeys through segmentation, automation, and data-driven personalisation.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously test to improve results.
  • Manage CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Collaborate across teams to embed a customer-first mindset and support business growth.
  • Mentor and support junior CRM team members, helping to build capability and best practice.
About you
