Job Overview
As Senior CRM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of player retention and engagement strategies across email, SMS, onsite messaging, and push notifications. You will play a crucial role in driving player value, reducing churn, and enhancing lifetime value (LTV) through personalized and automated CRM journeys.
