London/Hybrid/Remote

A leading eCommerce Tech business founded in 2010 is looking for a Senior CRM Lifecycle Manager to join their growing Digital team. The company has doubled in size over recent years and has recently launched in new global markets.

You will join at an exciting stage of growth and work with impressive professionals who have recently joined the team.

You will be the subject matter expert on all things CRM & Braze, owning the roadmap for all lifecycle and triggered campaigns, and identifying opportunities through data and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of CRM to deliver strategic projects and manage 3rd party relationships
  • Develop a CRM strategy aligned with company objectives and a customer-centric approach, including analyzing customer data to build segmentation and lifecycle strategies
  • Support the wider CRM team in delivering their projects
  • Own the roadmap for lifecycle and triggered campaigns across the customer base
  • Manage Braze and enhance technical capabilities within the team
  • Implement testing plans across trading, brand, and automated email flows to optimize performance

Experience

  • Expertise in CRM, Retention, and Lifecycle marketing within digital-first, tech, or eCommerce environments
  • Strong background in Marketing Automation, with knowledge of data schemas, automation strategies, and personalization tactics
  • Experience using Braze is essential for this role
