As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll lead efforts to optimize and grow customer lifecycle journeys across Moonpig and Greetz. This key role within our fast-paced CRM team, specifically in the CRM communications sub-team, involves exploring growth opportunities within the customer lifecycle.
You’ll be at the forefront of testing, planning, and optimizing lifecycle communications, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as our ESP platform, Sailthru.
