What you’ll be doing

As a Senior CRM Executive, you’ll lead efforts to optimize and grow customer lifecycle journeys across Moonpig and Greetz. This key role within our fast-paced CRM team, specifically in the CRM communications sub-team, involves exploring growth opportunities within the customer lifecycle.

You’ll be at the forefront of testing, planning, and optimizing lifecycle communications, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as our ESP platform, Sailthru.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Executing lifecycle campaigns across Moonpig & Greetz independently, while assisting with segmentation and personalization.
  • Monitoring campaign performance alongside the CRM Manager, providing insights to optimize results.
  • Ensuring campaigns meet benchmarks and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with brand and design teams to brief new campaigns and communicate updates.
  • Conducting tests aligned with team OKRs and sharing outcomes with stakeholders.
Experience:
  • Proven experience in a CRM role, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or consumer sectors.
  • Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving CRM-led growth.
  • Expertise in email marketing, segmentation, automation, and personalization.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Sailthru, Braze, Responsys, etc., is essential.
  • Data-driven with a test-and-learn approach to innovation.
  • Eager to learn and grow within a high-performing CRM team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
