What you'll be doing

• Support the Head of CRM to deliver the CRM Strategy
• Manage and execute creative campaigns across all CRM channels (email, push, web push, SMS), ensuring the tone of voice aligns with our target market and customer
• Brief email campaign creative into the Graphic Design team and be responsible for the timely manner in which the creative is turned around.
• Sign off final email campaigns from design through to build (design and builds are done by other team members).
• Coordinating with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely
• Responsible for developing and implementing continual improvement across all CRM channels, including a/b testing, analysing CRM data to extract actionable insights
• Reporting and feedback on CRM campaign performance across all channels
• Create and refine customer segmentation, ensuring all customer communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely
• Develop, manage and optimise all automated emails
• Keeping up to date with relevant trends, competitors and analysing how to maintain customer relationships
• Bring new ideas and introduce new partners who you believe will be beneficial to the business
• Be innovative and think outside the box

More about you

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Excellent copywriting abilities with strong grammar and spelling skills is essential
• Creative thinking and copywriting skills for campaign design and execution
• Ability to manage relationships cross departmentally, particularly with Buying / Merchandising and Creative teams
• Exceptional Organisational Skills
• Excellent commercial understanding
• Experience analysing, interpreting and optimising data
• Experience working with Ometria or enterprise level ESP
• Have an interest in retail / online marketing
• Have a keen eye for detail
