Senior CRM Applications Engineer Manchester / Hybrid working We are proud to be working with a Global Professional Services leader as they look to add to their wider Applications Support Team with a professional skilled in supporting a CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics, alongside other applications.You would work within a Technology team interacting with senior Marketing, Communication and Brand professionals supporting a Global activity.Continual investment is being made by them in terms of Technology, and you would work to design and support software solutions as a subject matter expert in this area. You will be involved in looking to enhancements and upgrades to ensure customer engagement applications are utilised to their full ability.Our client is looking to someone that can not only evidence deep technical knowledge in this area but that can also confidently engage with senior stakeholders. This is an important element of the role.Skills and experience required:

• You will have experience in one or more of the following technologies Microsoft Dynamics, Peppermint CRM, Interaction+ / Lexis Nexis Interaction, Litera, or Sitecore
• Excellent coding and programming skills (ie PowerShell, SQL)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of supporting applications in a large professional services environment (i.e. legal, banking , financial, insurance)
