We’re looking for a skilled Senior CRM Analyst to support our client and help optimise and target multi-channel marketing campaigns using data driven insights. You’ll be defining and building customer audiences, analysing campaign performance, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimise player audience segments for targeted CRM campaigns

  • Ensure compliance with participant protection principles and campaign governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data and marketing solutions

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing within a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Test & Target, IBM Unica)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience delivering actionable insights from customer data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
