Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Key Result Areas & Performance:
1. To establish and maintain communication, with various individuals and groups of service users, carers and staff on complex potentially stressful topics in a range of situations.
2. To develop knowledge and practice in an area of work.
3. To promote best practice in health, safety and security.
4. To contribute to the development of services.
5. To improve quality.
6. To enable people to exercise their rights and promote their equality and diversity.
7. To assess people's care needs when those needs are complex across their caseload.
8. To plan, deliver and evaluate care programmes to address people's complex and changing needs.
9. To develop, sustain and evaluate partnership working with individuals, groups, communities and agencies.
10. To lead in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practice.
11. To allocate, coordinate, monitor and assess the work of groups and individuals.
