Job summary

Via is recruiting a Senior Criminal Justice Practitioner for our West Berkshire service. You will assess and support individuals with complex needs, develop care and risk management plans, and maintain high-quality records while working with the local management team.

The role requires experience in harm reduction and treatment provision, safeguarding knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. It is a permanent, full‑time post (37.5 hours) with a salary around £32k–£32.8k.

Qualifications

• Experience with harm reduction, treatment provision and criminal justice pathways.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge, IT skills, teamwork and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Role will be part of supporting the local management team.
• Compassionate, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
