Job summary

Law Staff Ltd seeks a Criminal Regulatory Solicitor to handle high-quality criminal defence and professional regulatory/disciplinary work in a leading London boutique. You will run your own caseload with supervision and advise privately funded clients, reporting to the partner.

With 2-5 years' PQE, you’ll contribute to business development and profile-building within a specialist team that handles high-caliber cases and offers strong progression prospects.

Qualifications

• Criminal Regulatory Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE.
• Experience with police investigations and defending criminal prosecutions.
• Excellent knowledge of the Criminal Procedure Rules.
• Experience with private instructions and commercial understanding of private criminal practice.
• Demonstrable achievement at a leading firm or specialist boutique, with case examples from investigation to trial.
• Natural communicator, comfortable advising diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent IT skills and prior use of case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle criminal defence and professional regulatory/disciplinary matters.
• Advise clients on police investigations and defending prosecutions.
