Tidewater Marine UK Limited is seeking a proactive Crewing professional to manage crew rotation and life cycle for UK vessels from our Aberdeen office. The role focuses on recruitment, transfers, development and training, with involvement in cadet seafarer programmes and study leave.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, based in the Aberdeen city centre office, collaborating with Crewing Manager and Operations Team to ensure cost-effective crewing and smooth handovers.
Tidewater owns and operates one of the largest fleets Offshore Support Vessels in the industry, with over 60 years of experience supporting offshore energy exploration and production activities worldwide.

Working as part of the UK Crewing Team, this pro-active role is responsible for crew rotation on allocated vessels. Looking after all aspects of the crew employee life cycle, the role advises on recruitment, transfers, employee development & training and promotions. There is also the opportunity to be involved in our industry leading Cadet Seafarer programmes and study leave programme.
This role will work from our Aberdeen city centre office, which has excellent transport links.
