Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Credit Risk Modelling within Lloyds Banking Group to support prudential model development and maintenance for retail and commercial banking customers. The role involves translating regulations into analytical problems and experimenting with modelling approaches to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months industry experience delivering predictive analytics in a regulatory or credit risk setting.
• Strong applied knowledge of statistical modelling (e.g. regression or decision trees).
• Proficient in a coding language (SQL or SAS) to manipulate data and produce insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain prudential capital or impairment models for retail and commercial banking customers using SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
• Collaborate with Risk and Finance partners to ensure analytical projects meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues and work with governance/implementation teams to deliver solutions.
