Job Details

• Location: London
• Hours: Full-time
• Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at an office site

We are seeking a Senior Credit Officer to join our Energy, Commodities, Utilities, and Industrials Credit team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, maintaining an appropriate risk appetite, and leading the team in credit management of a portfolio of industrial and corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading discussions with originators, relationship managers, and product partners to shape credit proposals and set risk appetite
• Negotiating and evaluating complex financing proposals
• Sanctioning credit proposals within delegated authority
• Managing a team of Senior Credit Analysts and Credit Officers, supporting their development
• Setting strategic direction for your asset class and contributing to the overall strategy of CIB Corporate Credit
• Collaborating on projects to improve processes and workflows
