The Person
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in credit management, with a successful track record.
  3. Advanced skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit modeling.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
