The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in credit management with a successful track record.
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit modeling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk management principles and best practices.
