Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity
As part of our Credit team, you’ll help protect the bank from bad debt through responsible lending in line with Aldermore’s Lending Policy and Group Risk Framework. You’ll lead a team of underwriters, supporting the Head of Credit by overseeing proposals between £25k and £3m, ensuring consistent, high-quality decisions.
You'll also engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, always demonstrating a positive, solutions-focused approach.
