Job summary

Amoria Group in Manchester seeks an experienced Senior Credit Controller to own end-to-end credit control, manage complex ledgers and drive collections across UK and US operations. You will build strong client relationships, support billing processes and mentor junior team members.

The role focuses on reducing aged debt, improving cash flow and driving continuous improvement within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Senior Credit Controller or similar role with experience managing complex ledgers and high value accounts.
• Track record of reducing debtor days and improving cash collection.
• Experience supporting recruitment, staffing or professional services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and collect outstanding debt across complex ledgers.
• Reduce debtor days and improve cash flow.
• Monitor aged debt and escalate high risk accounts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients across UK/US operations.
• Assist with invoices, billing queries and payment plans.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
