Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Controller/Credit Control Supervisor to join our healthcare provider client based in Preston. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Credit Controller and be ready to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control team and ensuring that all credit control processes are followed accurately and efficiently. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all KPIs are met and that the team is working towards achieving the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the credit control team and ensuring that all credit control processes are followed accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring that all KPIs are met and that the team is working towards achieving the company's goals
• Developing and implementing new credit control processes where necessary
• Ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the credit control team's performance
• Liaising with other departments within the company to ensure that all customer accounts are up to date

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Credit Controller
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate work history and achievements at interview stage
