TSA (The Stile Agency) is seeking a Senior Creator Executive to lead creator and influencer campaigns from brief to delivery in a central London hybrid setup. You’ll manage client expectations, source creators, and drive gifts, content delivery and reporting to achieve KPIs.

You’ll own relationships with clients and creators, spotting opportunities and growing TSA's creator network through proactive ideas and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in creator marketing or social media roles.
• Hands-on experience managing creator campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Experience researching, selecting and building relationships with creators.
• Confidence managing client communications and expectations.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong written communication, copywriting and presentation skills.
• Experience monitoring campaign performance and reporting against KPIs.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and everyday marketing tools.
• Google Analytics experience would be a bonus.

We've grown by over 70% in the last 12 months, combining the energy and creativity of a fast-moving agency with the backing of global independent creative agency Five by Five.

Now we're looking for a talented Senior Creator Executive who lives and breathes the creator space and knows how to turn great ideas into successful campaigns.

Bring Creator Campaigns to Life.

You'll take ownership of multiple creator campaigns, working closely with clients, creators and the wider TSA team to deliver exciting, effective work.

From the initial brief through to creator selection, outreach, gifting, content delivery and reporting, you'll make sure campaigns run smoothly, stay on budget and achieve great results.

You'll also be a trusted contact for clients, proactively spotting opportunities, bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping grow our creator network.

About You

You're passionate about creator culture, social media and the brands shaping what's next.

You've already gained solid experience delivering creator or influencer campaigns and are ready for a role with more ownership, responsibility and client exposure.

You're organised, creative, commercially aware and confident managing multiple moving parts without losing sight of the details.

You’ll ideally bring:

• 2+ years' experience in creator marketing, social media marketing or a closely related role
• Hands-on experience managing creator campaigns from brief to delivery
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social platforms
• Experience researching, selecting and building relationships with creators
• Confidence managing client communications and expectations
• Excellent organisation and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Strong written communication, copywriting and presentation skills
• Experience monitoring campaign performance and reporting against KPIs
• Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint and everyday marketing tools
• A proactive, collaborative approach and plenty of creative ideas

Experience with Google Analytics would be a bonus.
