• Prototype at the lowest useful fidelity: move from sketches to coded interfaces, live agents, devices or fabrication as needed.
• Make it behave for real: wire in data, APIs, models and tools for end-to-end prototype credibility.
• Test with people before polishing: run focused research and co-design with customers and experts; define evidence up front.
• Work directly with customers: present, lead research and testing, and manage customer sessions.
• Capture the pattern behind the prototype: separate reusable interaction logic, components, agent states and evaluation assets.
• Package the work to move: hand off flows, code, assets, risks and test evidence to pilots and delivery teams.
• Explore the edge: test sensors, edge devices, fabrication and ambient feedback within protected moonshot capacity.
• Scope and partnerships: own making within engagement; senior exec relationship with Associate Director/Director.
• Own assigned workstreams and prototypes: day-to-day design, build, testing, evidence and handoff.
• The Associate Director and Director set engagement direction and guide customer relationships on smaller engagements.
