Job summary

Journey, a Multidimensional Experience Agency, seeks a Creative Director to inspire and lead the creative team across projects, ensuring client goals align with budget and schedule. You will shape early concepts, set narrative direction, and act as Creative Director when required.

You will mentor creatives, maintain quality and consistency, and keep ahead of industry trends while collaborating with clients to deliver impactful MDX experiences.

Responsibilities

• Inspires the creative team through brainstorming, meetings, and reviews.
• Assigns Creative Directors to projects; ensures goals fit budget and schedule.
• Owns creative pitches; defines requirements and strategy with the BD team.
• Mentors creatives; conducts reviews to balance client objectives with commercial needs.
• Leads hiring and interviews for creative roles; acts as role model both internal and external.
