Forward Role is seeking a Senior Creative in Liverpool to shape the brand's visual identity across campaigns, product launches and digital content. You will own creative projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with photographers, designers and the wider marketing team to produce engaging, commercially relevant work.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a creative role, a strong portfolio, and a proven track record in campaign development and art direction.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in a creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts and brand storytelling.
• Experience leading campaigns and photoshoots from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of visual identity and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts for brand campaigns, photoshoots, product launches and seasonal activity.
• Take ownership of projects from initial ideas to execution and final delivery.
• Translate brand objectives and audience insights into engaging creative ideas and storytelling.
• Lead art direction across photography, video shoots, and wider campaign activity.
• Plan campaigns in advance, balancing immediate content needs with longer-term priorities.
