Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join our Marketing team on a 12‑month fixed term maternity-cover. You’ll lead the development of high‑quality creative across print, digital, email, social and video, from brief to production, ensuring brand consistency and customer impact.

You’ll collaborate with Content, CRM, Digital and regional teams, mentor junior designers, and help raise creative standards while delivering multi‑channel campaigns that support commercial goals.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-channel design experience across print, digital, email and video.
• Strong portfolio showing concept development and campaign delivery.
• Experience designing customer or marketing emails.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from brief through concept development, review, production and delivery.
• Create assets across print, digital, social media, email, video and video-on-demand.
• Develop concepts for marketing emails with brand consistency and accessibility.
• Design and maintain email templates and component libraries for global markets.
• Produce illustrations and assets to strengthen storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborate with Content, CRM, Social, Digital, Product and Marketing teams on campaigns.
• Support video content creation and motion graphics.
• Work with UK and international stakeholders to meet local needs while keeping global brand.
