Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Senior Creative Designer in Wimbledon for a 12-month maternity-cover contract. You will lead multi-channel creative projects from brief to delivery, spanning print, digital, social, email, and video, while upholding brand standards and accessibility.

You’ll mentor other designers, collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product and regional teams, and ensure high-quality, globally consistent campaigns across markets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multi-channel design expertise across print, digital, social and video.
• Strong portfolio showing concept development and campaign delivery.
• Experience designing effective customer or marketing emails.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from brief through concept development, stakeholder review, production and delivery.
• Create assets across print, digital, social media, email, video and video-on-demand.
• Develop concepts for email campaigns with focus on effectiveness, accessibility and brand consistency.
• Design and maintain email templates and component libraries for use across customer communications and global markets.
• Produce illustrations and visual assets to strengthen storytelling and audience engagement.
