Job summary

TAGGED RESOURCES seeks a Senior Creative Designer in Cardiff who will create innovative and commercial designs across product categories. You will collaborate with Design Managers to meet deadlines with flexibility and creativity, and take ownership of smaller projects while coordinating timelines and stakeholders.

You will be fully conversant with Mac DTP packages (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and develop designs from concept to final repro, including 3D visuals for internal and client

Qualifications

• 6+ years of creative design experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial understanding of customer requirements.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Advanced IT skills; proficient with design software.
• Packaging knowledge.
• Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to demands.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative and commercial designs for all product categories.
• Work with Design Managers to hit deadlines with flexibility and creativity.
• Own and deliver smaller creative projects, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Develop 3D visuals for presentations and range reviews.
• Ensure designs are technically suitable for printing and production.
• Train junior/creative designers and share knowledge.
• Contribute to New Product Development ideas.
