As a Senior Creative Designer youll be supporting the delivery of high quality creative covering visual identities, campaign assets/design, product design and promo/logo designs. This will help us excel at visual communication, to stay ahead of the game.

What Youll Be Doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating visually impactful, well thought-out, on-brand designs
• Ensuring your work is carried out to a high creative standard
• Striving for design excellence in everything you do
• Being a design ideator, full of ideas and inspiration
• Liasing with production-based designers to roll out your designs
• Being the go-to brand guardian from a creative design perspective
• Interpreting stakeholder briefs, challenging where necessary, and communicate / deliver on them thereafter
• Helping to support the leadership team in the development and delivery of key initiatives
• Sharing knowledge and being open to learn from others, be they senior or junior to you
• Maintaining creative knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing professional publications where possible taking a proactive approach to develop your knowledge and gain experience
• Keeping your finger on the pulse in terms of latest design trends and innovations
• In future: Assisting Art Directors to help advise on, and create, their vision
