Job summary

Sagacity is seeking an experienced Creative Design Manager to own the brand’s visual identity and output. You will lead storyboarding, content creation and polished design across pitch documents, client deliverables and marketing assets in collaboration with business leaders.

You will manage brand guidelines, mentor teammates, and ensure brand consistency while staying ahead of design trends. This role is located in the UK with on-site responsibilities in London and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Significant design/creative experience with a proven career progression.
• Experience in consultancy, professional services or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio across presentations, brand collateral, storyboarding and digital/print content.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint; strong brand discipline.
• Ability to storyboard and structure content clearly and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead on storyboarding for pitches, proposals and client presentations.
• Act as primary design contact across the business, translating briefs into outputs.
• Create high-quality marketing assets using in-house AI tooling, Adobe Suite and PowerPoint.
• Maintain Sagacity's brand guidelines and visual assets across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design content for digital campaigns and events.
• Develop client case studies with strong visual storytelling.
• Quality-check creative output for brand and quality standards.
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Manage multiple design requests and prioritise stakeholder expectations.
