Line Manager / Points of Contact: Head of Creative, Head of Product Marketing

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our internal Brand & Creative team.This role is ideal for someone who can bring ideas to life with words, develop impactful messaging and ensure our brand voice resonates across all channels.

Our work is varied and dynamic, supporting teams across the business with everything from brand campaigns to thought leadership articles.You’ll need to be adaptable, detail-focused and confident writing for multiple platforms, including digital, social and print.A strong understanding of tone of voice and brand storytelling is essential, along with the ability to push creative boundaries where it matters most.

But copywriting isn’t just about words on a page.You’ll be collaborating with designers, marketers and stakeholders to shape messaging, refine concepts and craft compelling narratives that connect with audiences.As a senior member of the team, you’ll also support midweight copywriters, providing feedback and mentorship to help elevate their work.

Experience working directly with brands or clients is a big plus.

Main responsibilities include:

Concept Development & Copywriting: Develop clear engaging copy across multiple formats, including campaigns, digital ads, email marketing, video scripts and editorial content.

Brand Voice & Messaging: Maintain and refine our brand’s tone of voice, ensuring consistency while exploring ways to enhance messaging impact.

Collaboration & Communication: Partner with designers, marketers and stakeholders to develop compelling creative solutions and provide constructive feedback to midweight copywriters.

Storytelling & Strategy: Shape narratives that connect with our audience, balancing creativity with strategic intent.

Project & Workflow Management: Manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines and contribute to a smooth high-performing in-house team.

To succeed in the role, you will be:

A strategic storyteller: Able to craft engaging narratives that resonate with audiences and drive engagement.

Detail-oriented and organised: Skilled in managing multiple projects while maintaining high writing standards and consistency.

Confident writing for multiple channels: Experienced in developing copy for digital, social, video and print, adapting tone and style as needed.

Skilled in brand communication: Adept at refining and applying brand voice consistently while bringing fresh creative ideas.

A strong communicator and collaborator: Comfortable working with stakeholders, interpreting briefs and providing constructive feedback.

Adaptable and innovative: Able to embrace new ways of working and push creative boundaries while keeping messaging clear and effective.

Experienced in video scripting and storyboarding: Prior experience writing video scripts and video storyboarding is a plus.

A mentor and team player: Enthusiastic about supporting midweight copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to help refine their skills and elevate the team's output.
