Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and edit high-quality TikTok videos that align with the brand voice and objectives.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Brainstorm and pitch original ideas for engaging TikTok campaigns.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure TikTok content aligns with broader marketing goals.
• Take ownership of projects, delivering end-to-end content from idea generation to shooting and editing.
• Ensure content is adaptable across multiple European markets.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience within the Fashion industry is Essential
• Proven experience in TikTok content creation with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
• Deep knowledge of storytelling, hooks, and brand representation on social platforms.
• Excellent video editing skills and proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
