The Luxury Division (NET-A PORTER & MR PORTER) are now seeking a talented Senior Creative Artworker to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: our offices in London, Westfield (Shepherd's Bush)

Reporting into: Translations Manager

Direct reports: 2

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Model: Hybrid

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a team of up to 2 artworkers, including workload distribution, holiday/sick leave/timesheet management, supporting with recruitment and training of new artworkers
  • Support the Translations Manager in creating efficiencies in processes and workflows
  • Maintain artwork guidelines
  • Project coordination of artwork jobs, including reading asset brief (media plan), liaising with campaign POs, queries
  • Produce sophisticated and beautiful typography in Translated copy (Arabic, Chinese, South Korean, Japanese, German, Italian, French). Understanding its relevance to a good design both online and offline
  • Ensure that image quality is at maximum on all pages designed as well as fonts and type are all readable on a range of web design requirements
  • Confident and happy working on a high volume of marketing projects, including emails, paid socials and onsite promotions whilst keeping to brand guidelines
  • Design bespoke language assets when needed
  • Meet straight deadlines while having the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Develop technical skills to stay abreast of software changes

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Professional fluency in English and ideally one additional language
  • Proven layout/design experience in the marketing field
  • Solid background in graphic design related foundations.
  • Solid experience in working across a range of web layout design projects, from websites to new media and print
  • Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven and able to multi-task with solid organizational, time management
  • Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator skills, InDesign, After Effect and Figma
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary to meet business needs
  • Having passion for typography, self-motivated
