We are currently recruiting for a Senior Creative Artworker to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Ipswich.

As a Senior Creative Artworker, you will be the cornerstone of our creative production team. You will support our fast-paced marketing team by delivering high-quality artwork swiftly and accurately. Your role will involve collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure our visual communications are compelling and consistent with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce high-quality artwork for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  2. Collaborate with designers to ensure artwork is delivered on time and meets the required specifications.
  3. Retouch, resize, and adapt existing artwork to different formats and channels.
  4. Maintain consistency of brand identity across all artwork and materials.
  5. Prepare artwork for print and digital publication.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign needs quickly and precisely.
  7. Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to keep our production cutting-edge.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  9. Mentor junior artworkers and guide them to maintain high production standards.

  5. Leadership: Mentor junior team members, fostering high standards and continuous improvement.
