We are seeking a Senior Creative / Creative Lead for a digital marketing agency we collaborate with. The Agency specializes in creative customer acquisition. They serve well-known clients across Events, Global TV and Media Brands, and the Luxury Travel sector.

Overview: The current design team comprises three members (one mid-level and two juniors). The role involves overseeing these designers, providing inspiration and leadership, and fostering their professional growth. We seek a senior designer with leadership and mentoring skills, eager to advance into a formal leadership position. The role is hands-on, involving design work, client interactions, pitch development, and innovative content creation.

The Role in a Nutshell:

1. Lead and ensure the quality of the Creative Studio’s output, including conducting creative reviews and final approval before client delivery.
2. Enhance the skills of the existing creative team, elevating the overall quality of work.
3. Lead creative efforts for client pitches.
4. Serve as the creative lead for videos and graphics aligned with client strategies.
5. Generate innovative ideas for content creation and capture, optimizing client advertising ROI through top-tier creative work.
6. Strategic oversight of client delivery to ensure all output aligns with briefs and brand guidelines.
7. Evaluate and refine creative ideas to maximize engagement across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, IGTV, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and live video.
8. Demonstrate passion for filmmaking, design, and innovation.

Location: Central London

Flexible working hours, with a requirement of 2 days in the studio per week.
