SUCCESS TALENT in Manchester is seeking a Senior Creative to lead the visual identity and brand storytelling across campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, and real-world experiences.

You will translate technical innovation into emotionally engaging visuals, oversee shoots, mentor juniors, and work with external agencies, while staying ahead of trends in outdoor performance and design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a marketing creative or design role, preferably outdoors/active brands.
• Strong portfolio showing visual design, campaigns and art direction.
• Expertise in branding, typography, motion and digital-first design.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Passion for outdoors and performance-driven design.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
