Four-day working week, for five days’ pay
We’re looking for a Senior Creative with genuine shopper marketing experience to join an established independent creative activation agency in Leeds.
You might currently be a Senior Designer, Senior Creative or Art Director, but the title matters less than the work you’ve been doing.
What does matter is that you understand shopper.
Not just designing something that happens to appear in a retail environment. You understand shopper strategy, how people behave at the point of purchase and how to turn insight into creative ideas that interrupt, engage and ultimately drive action in-store.
And crucially, you’ve got the conceptual edge to come up with those ideas in the first place.
You’ll work across major household-name brands, particularly within FMCG and retail, developing creative shopper activations from initial insight and concept right through to execution.
That means:
The big one is shopper experience.
Ideally, you’ll have worked within a shopper marketing, shopper creative or brand activation agency and your portfolio will show a strong body of relevant work.
We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:
Your shopper work and your ideas will.
The agency has had a strong run of new client wins and is investing further in its creative team.
They’ve been working in shopper and brand activation for more than 40 years, have picked up 100+ industry awards and work with some major household names.
They’re independent, deliberately down-to-earth and keen to avoid layers of hierarchy and agency nonsense. The creative work you develop has a very good chance of actually getting made.
And then there’s this:
Four days work for five days’ pay
This is a genuine four-day working week, not five days squeezed into four. The team works together from their Leeds studio across those four days.
If you’re a senior creative who knows shopper, can come up with genuinely strong ideas and still loves getting hands-on with the work, we’d like to see what you’ve done.
Your portfolio doesn’t need to be enormous.
But it does need to show that you understand how to take shopper insight, find the creative idea and turn it into something people can’t ignore in-store.
If that sounds like your world, get in touch.
