Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream Strategy or insight-led projects.
• Proven experience within commercial real estate, property or the built environment.
• Strong track record of client leadership and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
• Commercially astute, with experience managing project finances and contributing to business growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear recommendations.
• Confident communicator, able to present and influence at senior client level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple CRE strategy projects, ensuring high quality and alignment with client objectives.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, with scope, programme, budget, and quality oversight.
• Act as primary client contact on assigned projects, leading meetings and building relationships.
• Allocate workstreams and responsibilities across project teams.
• Provide senior oversight of junior team members, ensuring strong narrative and recommendations.
• Ensure delivery on time and within budget with clear milestones.
