About the roleThe role will involve working as a team to deliver several residential summer schools with a high volume of participants, across different subject areas that are open to the general public. As the Senior Course Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of multiple courses, and will carry out a range of duties. These will include, but are not limited to, answering student enquiries, liaising with tutors to ensure course details are correct and that contracts are prepared and processed correctly, setting up course websites on departmental systems, maintaining up-to-date and accurate data using departmental systems, and registering students in person on the day the courses are held. This is a full-time position, available on a permanent contract.
About youYou should have a solid background in student administration, with excellent organisational and time management skills. Flexibility is important, as you may be required to take on additional administrative responsibilities related to course administration. Strong attention to detail, a collaborative working style, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are crucial.
