Job description

We are seeking a highly competent administrator to join our team and provide support to students and academic staff for our world-class, part-time postgraduate courses. You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of courses – MSc / PGCert Nanotechnology and MSc Experimental & Translational Therapeutics – and supporting the student lifecycle from start to finish, including admissions, on-course administration, and post-course inquiries such as transcript requests. Additionally, you will assist with financial administration, publicity, and supervising others.

This is a fixed-term, full-time appointment for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

About you

You must have excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, be able to work flexibly to deadlines, be confident working with data, and demonstrate sound judgment in problem-solving. Experience in student administration and process improvement would be beneficial.
