Senior Legal Counsel Wealth Management - Global Banking Group

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join a dynamic UK Wealth Management team, advising on a wide range of wealth management and UHNW client services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expert legal advice on wealth management, investment management, and custody solutions.
2. Assist in the development of new products and digital solutions.
3. Manage legal, business, and regulatory risks.
4. Offer guidance on regulation related to product development and strategic initiatives.
5. Advise on bespoke investment management, dealing, custody, and wrapper agreements.
6. Review, draft, and negotiate key supplier agreements.

Candidate Profile

• Legal Counsel with private practice or in-house experience.
• Experience with UK Wealth Management products, including funds and IM agreements.
