Senior Legal Counsel Wealth Management Global Banking Group

The Role

Senior Legal Counsel working as part of a team advising a fast-growing UK Wealth Management business that serves a broad spectrum of wealth management and UHNW clients.

  • Provide specialised legal advice on wealth management, investment management, and custody solutions.
  • Advise on the development of new products and digital solutions.
  • Manage legal, business, and regulatory risks.
  • Advise on regulation related to product development and strategic initiatives.
  • Advise on bespoke investment management, dealing, custody, and wrapper agreements.
  • Review, draft, advise on, and negotiate key supplier agreements as applicable.

Candidate Profile

  • Legal Counsel with private practice or in-house experience.
  • Experience with UK wealth management products, including funds and investment management agreements.

Flexible working arrangements are in place, with 4 days per week in the office.
