SENIOR COUNSEL - INSOLVENCY & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Location: Jersey

Experience: 7+ years PQE

A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its Insolvency & Dispute Resolution practice in Jersey. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside top Dispute Resolution Partners in the Offshore legal market and contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Advising on cross-border commercial disputes, trust litigation, and financial services litigation.
2. Handling contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
3. Managing regulatory investigations, injunctions, disclosures, enforcement actions, and asset recovery.
4. Representing insolvency practitioners, global banks, corporates, directors, trustees, beneficiaries, and others.

Experience & Skills:

1. 7+ PQE with strong experience in insolvency, commercial litigation, or trust litigation.
2. Offshore experience (Jersey or other jurisdictions) is a plus but not essential.
3. Ambitious, collaborative, and technically proficient.
