We're supporting a high-growth international technology company in the search for a Senior Legal Counsel. This newly created role is central to their next stage of expansion — giving you a front-row seat in a business scaling rapidly across EMEA and beyond.

What you\'ll do
  • Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive outcomes and manage risk.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (SaaS/cloud, hardware, procurement, partner/reseller and distribution agreements).
  • Support cross-border strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and new product launches.
  • Advise on data privacy, AI, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide practical support to marketing and commercial teams on day-to-day initiatives.
  • Help shape the legal infrastructure of a rapidly growing global business.
What you\'ll bring
  • UK-qualified (or from another common law jurisdiction) with 3-8 years\' PQE gained at a leading firm or in-house.
  • Strong track record in SaaS/software licensing, commercial contracts, and data/privacy.
  • Experience with hardware, reseller or channel sales agreements is a plus.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with confidence in high-growth environments.
  • Comfortable working hands-on, rolling up your sleeves, and managing multiple priorities.
