Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technology transaction lawyer to directly participate in shaping new offerings, drafting associated template contract language, and negotiating complex SaaS (Software as a Service) agreements with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee or directly negotiate complex and large SaaS/outsourcing agreements with Navitaire customers.
• Structure and draft agreement templates for strategic, complex, and business-critical contracts.
• Help shape new offerings and advise on go-to-market approach by identifying legal and compliance risks and advise on the implementation of risk-management strategies using expert guidance.
• Balance commercial and legal stakes, and effectively communicate risks.
• Engage daily with customers and Navitaire/Amadeus leadership and collaborate closely with Amadeus’ legal teams worldwide.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of dedicated legal experience in drafting and negotiating technology transactions.
• Proven experience in negotiating complex SaaS/outsourcing agreements.
• Excellent contract drafting skills and direct experience in drafting contract templates.
• Exceptional legal judgment and business understanding.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide solution-oriented, responsive, and commercially-practical legal advice, while managing legal risks and exposure.
