Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Counsel to join our growing team in a hybrid London-based role near Moorgate. You will advise on advertising, marketing, and digital media, draft complex agreements, and serve as the first point of contact for commercial legal matters across regions.

Job Summary:

Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Counsel to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a client service-oriented attorney who is ready to tackle new challenges at a global company that is growing very rapidly.

This is a hybrid role, based twice a week from our London office near Moorgate.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and advise on commercial legal matters with a focus on advertising, marketing, and digital media.
• Draft and negotiate complex client and vendor commercial and licensing agreements.
• Proactively handle legal requests as the first point of contact for client or vendor negotiations, employment concerns and general legal matters.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel on commercial transactions, intellectual property laws, data and privacy regulations, and applicable advertising regulations.

What You Should Have:

• Law degree and licence to practice law.
• Experience working in an agency environment - ideally in a matrixed agency across comms, advertising etc.
• Experience working in a global company across multiple regions
• Extensive knowledge of advertising technology, integrated marketing, market research and digital media required.
• Experience in SaaS and AI solutions, digital content production, influencer, and social media matters.
• Solid understanding of advertising regulations.
• Conversation savvy across broad business functions including marketing, HR, finance, analytics and AI.
• Experience with intellectual property matters including copyright, trademark, and licensing matters.
• Experience reviewing and clearing content for creative assets preferred
