Overview

SibiNet is recruiting on behalf of our client, a global consultancy, for a Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Midlands team.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile infrastructure projects across sectors including defence, utilities, water, transport, highways and aviation. You'll be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring cost transparency, driving value, and shaping outcomes on some of the UK's most significant programmes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement, commercial contracts, and post-contract activities in an NEC environment.
  • Lead on cost reporting, forecasting, and change management.
  • Provide clear, data-driven commercial advice to support client decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for value and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class project outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or procurement on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Degree-qualified, ideally MRICS chartered (or working towards).
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with flexibility to travel across sites.
