An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join our busy and expanding Birmingham office, supporting our clients to deliver projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the West Midlands, working on various projects in sectors including Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.

This role is suitable for someone with a proven track record of delivery and an aspiration to progress their career.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Inquisitive and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable cost management experience in a consultancy environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
