An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join our expanding Newcastle office, supporting clients in delivering projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector across the Northeast, including sectors like Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Occupier & Residential.

This role is suitable for someone with a proven track record of delivery and a desire to progress their career.

• Degree qualified and MRICS qualified (or working towards) preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrable cost management experience in a consultancy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
