Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Commission Manager to lead end-to-end cost management on major programmes across real estate and infrastructure. You will oversee feasibility, cost planning, tendering, contract administration, and final accounts, while driving value engineering and carbon reporting using The Hive and CostX.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff, contributing to our NewLeaf strategy and sustainable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with autonomy and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Chartered Status expected.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills.
• Collaborate effectively across the business and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commission management on projects.
• Produce and present cost plans using Hive and other tools.
• Tendering, pre-qualification, tender analysis, and reporting.
• Own contract administration and change control processes.
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and support value engineering.
• Interface with clients, PMs and consultants throughout project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff and manage cost management team where applicable.
• Support internal cost management processes and knowledge sharing.
