RLB in Belfast is seeking a Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager to join our expanding Cost Management team. You will interact with key clients on infrastructure and building projects, delivering high-quality cost management services with a client-focused approach.

Based in Northern Ireland with hybrid working, the role offers opportunities for professional growth, APC mentoring, and exposure to diverse schemes across sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline (RICS Accredited).
• Chartered / Professionally Qualified or studying toward.
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager role in a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with key clients on infrastructure and building projects.
• Provide high-standard technical delivery and client-facing services.
• Develop and manage client accounts through stakeholder engagement.
