Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing cost management for data centre projects, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial efficiency is maximised.

- Collaborating closely with contractors, fostering productive relationships and ensure seamless project execution.

- Tracking the commercial progress, ensuring the project remains commercially on track

- Applying your infrastructure expertise to navigate the complexities of large-scale projects.

- Knowledge of M&E and Civils is useful

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in cost management, particularly within the infrastructure sector or mission critical fields.

- Demonstrated ability to manage contractors effectively, ensuring project goals are met.
