    We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Cost Assurance function as Senior-Level Cost Consultants or Associate Director. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects, providing commercial assurance and strategic insights into project costs.

    Ideal candidates will have a solid background in construction cost management, with a particular focus on NEC contracts and major infrastructure delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead cost assurance activities and forensic reviews across large-scale projects.
    • Interpret complex contract documentation, particularly under NEC3/4.
    • Evaluate contractor cost submissions for compliance and accuracy.
    • Deliver high-quality assurance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Develop and manage risk-based audit and verification plans.
    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing internal capability.
    • Engage with client teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
    • Support the integration of digital tools for data analysis and reporting.

About You
